When to use Nofollow or Dofollow !!

For external links, there are two directions:

The first trend is the impact of these links on the comings and goings of external links .

The second trend is the impact of these links on the pages in question (if you clicked on the link)

In the first direction, if you are the owner of the site that you link, this link will harm you because it draws power from your page, so therefore prefer to nofollow

In the second direction if you are the owner referred at it good for you because it force have been removed from the relationship will move to the power of the page under the link and hence prefer to be Dofollow
