The links have importance in SEO, when you want to linking Keyword link with another blog post, try to make that link contains targeted keywords, and stay away from common words, for example:

In the first example, I used the same phrase at the entrance of the title associated with it, and with the word - SEO - that is targeted to my blog - Th3 SEO - is the best that can be done in internal links .
But in the second example , This is the worst in SEO , I link "click here" as the entry previous post, and this is probably what gives a bad impression to Google spiders mechanism for internal linking structure of the blog.
If you want to suggest an external site, you must use the nofollow code, to prevent leakage of the PR of your site and maintain its reputation with Google, and changing the link code to read as follows:

Instead of the traditional code :

<a href="www.Externel-site.com" >visit site</a>
_____________________________________________
And this is the point to be taken into account, in particular, that you exchange announcement with another blog, or that you always refer to external sites, whether in favor or to download the content.
