Peralatan dan Instalasi Sound System Masjid 3

Orang kadang slah kaprah adalah memasang speaker tepat di pojok-pojok ruangan. 

Akibat dari penempatan yang demikian adalah pada posisi tepat didepan mimbar suara justru menjadi lemah dan pada posisi yang lain akan menimbulkan gema sehingga artikulasi dari suara khtib tidak dapat terbaca dengan jelas.

Untuk konfigurasi yang baik adalah :

• Posisi speaker 1 kira-kira 3 meter ke kiri dari posisi imam khotib, speaker 2 3 meter ke arah kanan, sedangkan untuk posisi speaker 3 dan 4 adalah separuh dari jarak depan ke belakang.
• untuk penempatan speaker horn yang perlu diperhatikan adalah arah dari "corong" nya jangan terlalu mengarahkan "corong'nya ke atas, tetapi sedikit diturunkan sudutnya ke arah bawah (dengan asumsi penempatan di atas masjid). 
• Selain itu perlu diperhatikan juga arah depan dari "corong"-nya jangan sampai speaker horn ini berhadapan dengan tembok atau penghalang karena akan mengurangi jarak jangkauannya.
